Running a business means wearing a lot of hats and it can be stressful to keep up with all of them. Most business owners do not have the time or tools available to keep their finances organized. No worries - that's where I come in! I will be happy to step in, take over and organize your company's books and ensure that they are completed in time!

By hiring me (a certified bookkeeping professional with a BS in Finance) you will not only save time and resources, but you also will gain insight to your businesses financial health.

I'm located in the greater Chicago area, but I provide virtual bookkeeping services to businesses across the U.S.

    While working with KeepBookers LLC you will enjoy the piece of mind, relying on exceptional monthly service for one fixed price. We will never bill you additionally for any email and phone questions you may have.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    We will start with a free consultation, we will ask simple questions to get to know your business and your accounting needs. We also might ask for read only access to you business' current records. If all goes well on your end and ours, we will send you a proposal, followed by an engagement letter, detailing all that is going to be done and when. We can't wait to meet you and learn more about you and your business.

    Answering the following questions will help you define your project and find an accounting professional: What are your financial goals and how do you want to achieve them?
