Elena founded KeepBookers with one conviction: small business owners deserve the same quality of financial support that larger companies take for granted.
She has a background in finance and spent years watching small business owners make consequential decisions without reliable numbers to lean on. Not because they did not care, but because no one had ever given them books they could trust or explained what the numbers actually meant for their business.
KeepBookers was built to close that gap. Every client Elena works with gets clean, accurate books and a bookkeeper who takes the time to explain what they are looking at. The goal is not just to hand you a report, it is to make sure you understand it well enough to act on it.
She works primarily with service-based small businesses: consultants, agencies, contractors, coaches, and similar owner-run operations. Clients in the Greater Chicago Area and across South Florida.
